Educational/Therapy/Process Group
This group is for “committed” couples that want to change the way they are experiencing themselves and their mates. Group members will explore their personal issues in the process of learning new and more successful ways to communicate and form more flexible and enduring bonds for today and into the future.
In this interactive group you can:
Assess your personal (family of origin) issues and the effects on your relationship.
Identify your relationship patterns and emotional reactions and learn
more effective ways to communicate.
Learn about the developmental stages that all couples go through.
Learn more about personality differences and coping methods.

Ongoing Group
(3 months minimum commitment
(1/2 hr no-fee interview required)
Tuesdays 7:30PM – 9:00PM
$60 per session per couple
