1) Experience has structure.

11) People always make the best choices available to them.
12) A system’s most flexible element has the most influence.
13) The meaning of any communication is the response it elicits.
14) People work perfectly to produce the results they are getting.

17) Chunking: learn big subjects by breaking the task into small chunks.
18) People already have all the resources they need.
19) There is no such thing as failure; only feedback.
